Active infestations are commonly found in:

1. Trashcans
2. Drains
3. Wet areas under equipment or dripping pipes
4. The underside of refrigerators or bar areas
5. Cracks in walls and floor grout

What you can do to prevent an infestation:

1. Implement and follow a daily schedule for cleaning counters and mopping floors
2. Remove food debris from under equipment and or tables
3. Properly store food and liquids in coolers or sealed containers
